How to get in touch
You can get in touch with us to suggest a new item, or to notify us of any errors or bugs within the game, and we appreciate all those who take time to inform us of anything wrong so that we may fix any bugs and provide an overall better player experience. You can email us at contact@xeronar.com, or use either the guestbook or the forum on-site. You can contact us just to ask a question about the game, or you can suggest new enemies, pets, armour, weapons or spells. You can find the rules for suggestions below.
Suggestion rules
- You must describe what you are suggesting in as much detail as possible, or supply a sketch or picture.
- You must also state your email adress, since if your suggestion is accepted, you will be emailed a code to get a copy of your suggested item. We would then appreciate you emailing us, to tell us if it has any bugs.
- If the same thing is suggested more than once, the first person to have suggested it will get the code and the credit.
- Dont bother suggesting unreasonable stats, since the final decision is down to our production team.
